Contacting STOA
If you are unable to find answers to your questions on this website, please email the team at stoa@mit.edu. We use a system called Service Now that automatically generates a ticket in our support queue, and that is the best way to ensure timely follow-up. You will receive an automatic reply from the system confirming your support request, and you can use the link in the response to track your request. Please note that you must write to stoa@mit.edu from your MIT email account, otherwise it may not be received.
Hours of Operation
STOA is available and online between 9AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
